• GENERAL SHIPPING

    Deleted World Industries is currenlty accepting pre-orders for the Deleted World Tarot and altar cloth. These items will be manufactured in 2024 and shipped at that time. Price will increase to MSRP once orders begin to ship. Details and timeline can be seen on The Deleted World Tarot Kickstarter page. All other orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days, often sooner. Orders will be sent with either First Class or standard Priority shipping via USPS. Tracking will be emailed to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their order and be aware of when it is scheduled to arrive, or to schedule a pick up with their post office if needed.

    RETURNS

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received barring any damages. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any other associated fees. Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned in poor condition.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Customers may cancel an order within two days after purchase and will receive a refund. Any cancellations after this period are not guaranteed a refund. If a customer cancels an order after it is shipped they will need to return the item within the 14 day window of delivery to receive a refund.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    Items will only be replaced in the event that they arrive damaged. Please contact me as soon as you receive the damaged item and we will discuss steps to initiate a replacement. I hold the right to ask for documentation of any damaged items.

  • LOST PACKAGES

    If a package is marked delivered but not received by the customer, the customer should contact me within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will discuss possible options at that time. Refunds are not guaranteed for lost packages.

    If a package is never marked delivered but remains ‘in transit’ or otherwise lost within the mail system for more than 30 days after its pickup date, please contact me and we will work to reach out to USPS and start a claim for missing mail. Resolution for these cases will be determined on an individual basis.

    SALES & DISCOUNTS

    Any promo codes, discounts, or sales must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts and sales will not be applied post completion of an order.
